About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented IT graduates and postgraduates who are passionate about technology and eager to begin their careers in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, a positive learning attitude, and the flexibility to relocate anywhere in India based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate actively in the organization's structured training and learning programs.
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned technologies, tools, processes, and IT practices.
- Apply academic knowledge to real-world business and technology scenarios.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to assigned projects and tasks.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Continuously enhance technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and work methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, mentors, and other stakeholders.




- Successfully complete training and assessments within the defined timelines.
- Be flexible to take up roles and responsibilities based on business and project requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC) OR MCA.
- Candidates must have achieved First Class throughout their academics.
- 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs are eligible to apply.
- Candidates should have no active backlogs at the time of joining.
- Candidates must have completed their 10th standard from a Convent or English Medium School with First Class.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong learning attitude and willingness to build a long-term career in IT.
- Must be willing to relocate anywhere in India after successful completion of training, based on business requirements.
- Candidates should be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a team-oriented setting.
