Role Description

This is a remote, internship role for a Software Sales & Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients, supporting sales strategies, and creating marketing materials to promote software solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting customer research, contributing to brand outreach campaigns, and providing support for customer inquiries and product demonstrations.

This role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within the IT solutions industry.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Software Sales and general software knowledge to explain product offerings and solutions




- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively
- Understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to support outreach and lead generation efforts
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with IT services such as ERP systems, cloud services, or digital transformation is a plus
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
