Key Requirements

- Strong SME experience in SRE principles + DevOps practices
- Production support lead experience (L1/L2, 24×7 support, incident management, RCA)
- Hands-on monitoring & observability tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, LGTM, Dynatrace, New Relic, Splunk)
- Robust troubleshooting skills for production / cloud / microservices environments
- Good Linux + networking + Security fundamentals
- Experience with automation / scripting (Python / others)




- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Hands-on with Kubernetes / containerized environments
- Experience in IoC and Configuration Management tools (Terraform & Ansible)
- Exposure to CI/CD, release pipelines, and deployment readiness activities
- Strong exposure to large-scale systems / high availability production environments
- Knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL + NoSQL optimization)
