Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to support brand visibility and learner engagement in the medical and healthcare education space. The coordinator will manage daily posting schedules, monitor comments and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner.

They will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies, track performance metrics,



and optimize content based on analytics. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends, maintaining brand consistency, and contributing ideas to grow audience reach and community interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and accurate posts.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan campaigns, grow engagement, and interpret performance data.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and interact with online communities effectively.
- Relevant experience in managing brand-focused social media channels, preferably in edtech, medical, or healthcare domains.
- Ability to use social media management and analytics tools, with attention to detail and a data-informed approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-evolving digital environment.
