Showroom Manager / Experience Centre Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Showroom Manager / Experience Centre Manager who will take complete ownership of the day-to-day management, presentation and functioning of our Experience Centre.

The candidate should preferably have a background in Interior Design / Architectural Drafting, with hands-on skills in 2D drawings, space planning, 3D modelling and visualization, enabling them to manage showroom displays and design-related requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Experience Centre, Display & Execution Management

- Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning, presentation and upkeep of the Experience Centre.
- Ensure the showroom is always clean, organized, properly maintained and presentation-ready.
- Ensure all products are correctly displayed, labelled and maintained according to approved categories and company standards.
- Regularly identify missing, damaged, outdated or incorrectly displayed products and arrange necessary corrections.
- Plan and coordinate new displays, product launches, showroom modifications and display upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for installation, maintenance, replacement and modification of displays.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, signage vendors and other agencies for showroom-related execution.
- Ensure execution is completed as per approved designs, drawings, quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain records of displayed products, samples, catalogues and other display materials.

2. Client, Architect & Designer Interaction

- Attend and assist clients, architects, interior designers, dealers and other visitors at the Experience Centre.
- Understand their requirements and guide them through relevant products, collections, finishes and applications.
- Ensure visitors receive a professional and premium showroom experience.
- Coordinate meetings, product presentations and discussions at the Experience Centre.




- Understand design-related requirements and coordinate internally for further development.

3. 2D Drawings, Space Planning & 3D Visualization

- Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, sections and detailed drawings for Experience Centre and display requirements.
- Take site measurements and develop appropriate space-planning solutions.
- Prepare drawings required for vendor execution and installation.
- Create 3D models and visualizations for new displays, showroom modifications and Experience Centre concepts.
- Develop material, finish and display options for internal review.
- Revise drawings and 3D concepts based on management feedback and execution requirements.

4. Reporting & Internal Coordination

- Provide regular updates on showroom operations, display status, maintenance requirements and ongoing work.
- Coordinate with Product Design & Development, Marketing and other concerned departments for Experience Centre requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, display changes, vendor work and pending activities.
- Follow up on assigned activities and ensure timely closure.

Qualification & Skills
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Architectural/Civil Drafting or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max or equivalent 3D modelling software.
- Knowledge of V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion or equivalent rendering software preferred.
- Good understanding of interior spaces, materials, finishes, product displays and execution.
- Strong showroom management, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, architects, designers and vendors.
- Robust attention to detail, presentation and organization.
- Ability to independently manage multiple showroom and design-related activities.

Preferred Industry ExperienceExperience in Architectural Hardware, Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Furniture, Kitchens & Wardrobes, Luxury Retail or Experience Centres will be an advantage.
