The Sr. Manager – Key Account will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships in the B2B solar segments across North India. This role requires an experienced sales professional who can drive business development, manage end-to-end customer engagements, and ensure revenue and margin targets are met.

Deliver sales targets and contribute to overall revenue and margin goals.

Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate deals within defined commercial frameworks.

Support timely order-to-cash cycles by coordinating with finance for invoicing and collections

Coordinate across internal functions (pre-sales, engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Represent the company in client meetings, site visits,



and industry events as required.

Education Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Commerce, or related field; MBA is an advantage

10-15 years of experience in B2B sales/account management, preferably in the renewable energy/solar industry

Robust understanding of solar PV solutions and business models

Excellent negotiation, proposal drafting, and client relationship management skills

Competency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Should be open to travel as needed
