Role Description The Senior Designer will lead the design process from initial concept development through detailed design and final execution for commercial and residential projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, translating briefs into design proposals, and presenting design concepts and mood boards.

Designer will guide junior designers, review drawings and documentation, and ensure design consistency across all project stages.

Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors, overseeing material selection and finishes, and conducting site visits to monitor quality and adherence to design intent.



The role also involves contributing to design standards, supporting project timelines and budgets, and participating in design reviews within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in interior and spatial design, including concept development, space planning, and material/finish selection.
- Hands-on experience with design documentation, technical drawings, and detailing using industry-standard tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Demonstrated skills in visual storytelling, mood board creation, and presentation of design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor design teams, coordinate with project managers, and collaborate effectively with vendors and contractors.
- Experience with end-to-end project execution, including site coordination, quality checks, and alignment of design with project schedules and budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Typically 6–10 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields, with a strong portfolio of built projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and current industry trends is an advantage.
