What You'll Do

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while following software development best practices and coding standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
- Design and implement clean, maintainable, and reusable code using OOP principles and SOLID practices.
- Apply appropriate Design Patterns and Low-Level Design (LLD) concepts to solve business requirements.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize database performance in SQL Server.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
- Work with Azure services for deployment, monitoring,



and application management.
- Contribute to testing, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Have

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in application development using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID Principles and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Low-Level Design (LLD) and application design best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ.
- Strong SQL Server skills including query optimization, indexing, and database design.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Microservices Architecture.
- Unit Testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Docker and containerization experience.
- Experience with message queues and event-driven systems.
- Knowledge of application security best practices.
