About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Architect with strong experience in commercial and residential interior design, architectural planning, technical detailing, and site execution.

The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from concept to execution, working closely with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality, functional, and commercially viable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development to site execution.
- Develop space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, RCPs, and detailed working drawings.
- Prepare design concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other vendors.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and other interior elements based on design intent, quality, availability, and budget.
- Prepare/review estimates, material specifications, and design-related cost inputs.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution matches approved drawings and design intent.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Resolve design and technical issues during execution.
- Monitor design deliverables and coordinate with project teams to meet project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10 years of relevant experience in architecture,



interior design, commercial interiors, residential projects, or design & build.
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential space planning and interior design.
- Excellent knowledge of working drawings, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Practical knowledge of MEP coordination, materials, finishes, carpentry, ceiling, flooring, and civil works.
- Experience in client handling, presentations, consultant coordination, and contractor management.
- Good understanding of BOQs, estimation, and project cost considerations.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, and execution feasibility.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.

Software SkillsMust Have: AutoCAD, MS Office / Excel, PowerPoint Preferred: Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max / Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Adobe Photoshop

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is not limited to design development but understands how a design gets built.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical drawings, material selection, consultant coordination, BOQs, and site execution, and should be able to independently take ownership of projects and deliverables.
