WNS is looking for talented Senior Associates in Underwriting Operations to be part of an exciting engagement with a leading London Market Insurer. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience in Reinsurance operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering operational excellence.

? Position: Senior Associate - Underwriting Support

? Location: Pune (Work from Office)

? Experience: 2-4 Years

✅ What We're Looking For

- Experience in Underwriting Support within the London Market
- Preference for candidates with Reinsurance underwriting support experience having exposure to Proportional and Non proportional treaties.
- Solid understanding of policy premium booking, Endorsements, Quote share statement, and Bordeaux validation
- Knowledge of slip, treaty, and facultative reinsurance processes is highly desirable
- Exposure to bordereaux management, validation, reconciliation, and reporting,



Bureau Submission (LPAN Creation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail
