Role Description The SAP SuccessFactors & OpenText Consultant (3+ Year) role is a remote, contract position responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText solutions for client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing processes, and translating them into effective system configurations and integrations. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams, provide guidance on best practices, and support testing, documentation, and user training.

Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, optimizing master data management,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in line with client objectives and MindBrain standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Process understanding and experience in process mapping and optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for requirements analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including stakeholder communication, client advisory, and solution presentation.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with SAP FICO or related SAP modules, with exposure to integrating SAP SuccessFactors and OpenText.
- Candidates should possess Master Data management capabilities, including data governance, data quality, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, administration, and support) and OpenText (implementation and integration) is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills and familiarity with standard project methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall).
