Role Description The Sales Executive role at FusionEdge is a full time, on-site position based in Noida, focused on driving new business and supporting revenue growth for the facility management platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to closure.

The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand customer needs, position the platform’s value, and prepare proposals and commercial offers aligned with the 2–3 LPA compensation range.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, following up on leads promptly, and building long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and account management. Performance will be measured through sales targets, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and managing a structured sales pipeline for B2B software or technology solutions.




- Ability to conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experience using CRM tools and basic sales reporting to track activities, opportunities, and closures accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of SaaS, facility management, property management, or enterprise software solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, meet defined sales targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
