What you'll do

- Build and work a named-account pipeline of corporates, sponsors and SME clients
- Own quarterly cash targets end to end — outreach to signed invoice
- Convert event audiences into paying clients
- Maintain a clean CRM and weekly pipeline reporting to the MD

You should have
- Proven B2B closing record in sponsorships, skilled services, media or SaaS
- Comfort selling to founders, CXOs and marketing heads
- Delhi NCR network; willing to travel for events
