Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Chennai Area. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, present platform features to PG owners and property managers, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and providing basic training to current users on how to use the dashboard effectively. The role also involves gathering market insights, supporting marketing campaigns,



coordinating with internal teams to improve service delivery, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive follow-up and issue resolution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients clearly, build trust, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, manage pipelines, close deals, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide new customers through product features and ensure confident platform usage.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, real estate, property technology, or SaaS platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
