We are a representative office in Chennai, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities

- preparation of quotations and pro forma invoices, and maintenance of summaries (spares)
- customer communication regarding receipt of purchase orders, material deliveries and invoices
- follow-up on outstanding payments
- handling e-tendering through customer portals

Qualifications

- any graduate with experience (0–1 years)
- general knowledge of business processes
- mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft D365




- should have positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- good command of written and spoken English
- oft-spoken, a valuable listener, and possessing a problem-solving attitude
