Role Description This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Kochi.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the training and enrollment lifecycle. The role involves guiding prospective learners through course options, explaining program benefits, coordinating admissions processes, and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to completion.

Manager will collaborate with academic and operations teams to address learner needs, manage feedback,



and support retention and referral initiatives. Daily tasks include counseling sessions, follow-ups via phone and digital channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and contributing to outreach events, seminars, and information sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong relationship-building, client service, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse learners and families.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and confidence in public interactions.
- Candidates should possess skills in counseling, needs assessment, and solution-oriented guidance to help learners choose suitable programs and pathways.
- Candidates should possess basic sales, outreach, and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet enrollment targets ethically and transparently.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills, including familiarity with CRM or student management systems.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields) are desirable.
- Prior experience in education counseling, training institutes, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; understanding of international exams and overseas opportunities is beneficial.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Kochi, adaptable to a fast-paced academic environment, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
