Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage prospective and existing clients via calls, meetings, and digital channels to explain Returns’ advisory offerings and convert leads into paying customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting product demos, handling objections,



and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, uphold SEBI-compliant communication standards, and deliver a high-quality client experience.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience in financial services or fintech preferred.
Comfort with technology platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven workflows in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional Indian languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
High ethical standards, a strong customer-focus mindset, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
