WE’RE HIRING | FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Velora is looking for a friendly, confident and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

n

If you enjoy interacting with people, are good at multitasking, and can create a warm and skilled experience for patients, we’d love to hear from you.

YOUR ROLE n

As the first point of contact at Velora, you will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and every patient feels welcomed and well taken care of.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Welcome and assist patients professionally

n

• Manage appointments, calls and WhatsApp enquiries

n

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups

n

• Handle billing, payments and basic administrative tasks

n

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

n

• Coordinate with physiotherapists to ensure smooth patient flow

n

• Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment sessions

n

• Assist with enquiries and provide basic information about clinic services

n

• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area

n

• Support the team with day-to-day clinic operations

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR n

Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience in a receptionist/front-desk role.

n

We’re looking for someone who is:

n

• Excellent at communication and patient interaction

n





• Warm, polite, confident and approachable

n

• Well-organised and comfortable multitasking

n

• Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp and basic computer work

n

• Presentable and professional

n

• Responsible, punctual and eager to learn

n

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

n

Prior experience in a physiotherapy clinic, hospital, healthcare centre or similar setting is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Full-time | On-site
