Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Kotak 811 Sales process.

Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Process: Kotak 811 Sales

Employment: Direct Bank Payroll

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate candidates only

- Banking sales experience is mandatory

- Excellent English communication and customer handling skills

- Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply.

- Employment gap should not exceed 6 months

- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products

- Generate leads and acquire recent customers

- Explain product features and digital banking services

- Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets

Work Schedule:

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
