HIRING: Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO – E-commerce & D2C

We are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO / Part-Time CFO to work closely with the founder and provide strategic financial direction to our growing multi-channel e-commerce business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Management MIS & financial performance review

n

• Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital planning

n

• Channel-wise profitability analysis – Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce

n

• SKU/category-level contribution margin analysis

n

• Inventory and purchasing economics

n

• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

n

• Cost optimization and identification of financial leakages

n

• Debt, credit and capital-allocation decisions

n

• Strengthening financial controls and reporting systems

n

• Providing actionable financial insights directly to the founder

n

Who We're Looking For

n

• CA / senior finance professional preferred

n

• 12–20+ years of relevant finance experience

n





• Previous experience as CFO / Finance Head / Financial Controller preferred

n

• Strong exposure to E-commerce, D2C, Retail or Consumer Products

n

• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, inventory and working capital

n

• Ability to convert financial data into clear business decisions

n

Important: This is a strategic finance role and not a bookkeeping/accounting position . Our internal accounts team will manage day-to-day accounting and compliance.

n

Engagement Structure

n

• Part-time / Fractional CFO engagement on a monthly retainer

n

• 1–2 structured calls per week with the founder/team

n

• Detailed monthly financial & MIS review

n

• Periodic strategic discussions for significant financial/business decisions

n

• Additional consultation for critical financial matters, as mutually agreed

n

Professionals currently working independently as Fractional CFOs / Virtual CFOs are encouraged to connect.

n
