Position Details Position: Full-Time Psychologist

Location: Meet Your Therapist, HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Mode: On-site

Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada

Salary: Based on Experience

About the Role

Meet Your Therapist is looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Psychologist to join our team on a full-time basis.

The role involves providing professional psychological support to clients while maintaining high standards of ethical practice, confidentiality, documentation, and client care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual therapy and counselling sessions with clients.




- Build strong therapeutic rapport and create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
- Understand clients' concerns and provide appropriate, evidence-informed psychological interventions.
- Maintain accurate and updated case histories, session notes, and client records.
- Regularly update internal sheets and documentation related to client sessions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of client information at all times.
- Follow professional and ethical guidelines while working with clients.
- Monitor client progress and appropriately document treatment goals and outcomes.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and the internal team.
- Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and supervision when required.
- Handle client information and documentation with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistency in client care.

Eligibility

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Freshers can apply, provided they have prior internship or practical experience in counselling/therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good rapport-building and active listening skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn, receive supervision, and continuously develop therapeutic skills.
