Role Description

This is a key coordination and delivery role where you will work closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation through successful completion, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, resources, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with technical, operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies
- Communicate project status, progress, challenges, and key decisions clearly to customers, management, and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions as required
- Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project delivery
- Support business development activities by identifying customer needs, potential opportunities, and areas for additional services
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, technical teams,



vendors, and service providers
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and commercial expectations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records, and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and overall delivery efficiency

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a related field, preferably within IT, technology, cybersecurity, networking, or managed services environments
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working directly with customers, executives, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong customer relationship-management and business development skills, with the ability to identify and support new business opportunities
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to communicate and present complex technical or project-related information in a clear, concise, and business-focused manner
- Strong understanding of project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and project delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with common project management, collaboration, and productivity tools
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or managed services projects is an advantage
