Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad.

The Project

Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software and technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing communication with stakeholders and clients. The role involves tracking progress, identifying risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and facilitating inspections, logistics, and expediting activities when needed to keep projects on schedule.





The Project

Manager will also support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, refining processes, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including scope, schedule, and budget management, as well as stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting functions to monitor deliverables, follow up with vendors, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to plan, coordinate, and optimize the movement of materials, equipment, and resources across project phases.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in IT or software development projects, preferably in industries such as fintech, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce, is beneficial.
