About the Role:
We're looking for a highly driven, detail-oriented Program Associate to work closely on learning delivery, project coordination, content development, and learner experience across our AEC upskilling programs.
This role sits at the intersection of architecture and engineering, project management, learning and content, and close collaboration with industry professionals and learners. You'll work alongside program managers, mentors, and designers to build learning experiences that genuinely prepare people for the future of the AEC industry.
Open to candidates from Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, Design & Technology, or other Built Environment disciplines. Ideal for someone interested in program management, learning experiences, operations, research, content systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Learning Development
- Assist in creating learning content, assignments, activities, and resources
- Research industry workflows, tools, and emerging trends
- Help simplify technical concepts into learner-friendly formats
- Support presentation, documentation, and curriculum structuring
Learner Experience & Communication
- Interact with learners and support engagement initiatives
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Help solve operational and learner-related challenges
- Support onboarding, feedback collection, and program updates
Research & Innovation
- Conduct research on AEC industry trends, workflows, BIM adoption, AI tools, and future technologies
- Contribute ideas to improve learning experiences and operational systems
- Support experimentation and process improvements
Program & Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end execution of learning programs
- Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with mentors, internal teams, and learners
What We're Looking For:
- Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, Design & Technology, or Built Environment disciplines
- Strong project management and coordination abilities
