Role Description The Production Executive – Ethnic Wear will oversee end-to-end production activities for ethnic apparel, ensuring timely, high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers and suppliers, managing fabric and trim sourcing, supervising tailoring and finishing processes, and maintaining production schedules and inventory. The role involves monitoring quality at each stage, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines. This is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area, requiring close collaboration with factory staff, vendors, and the internal operations team.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ethnic wear production processes, including fabric selection, pattern cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling,



and coordination with vendors, tailors, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure consistent product quality.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control within a garment manufacturing setup.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse on-site teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production workplace in the Greater Kolkata Area.
- Prior experience in ethnic wear, apparel manufacturing, or textile industry roles is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Garment Production, or a related field preferred.
