Experience: 2–5 yrs, steel processing / machining / engineering manufacturing

Location: (Kalamboli) Mumbai

Role: Manage end-to-end production and daily operations at Kalamboli plant, ensuring timely order completion.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor production schedules, manpower, machines, and material requirements
- Oversee cutting, grinding, machining
- Ensure quality, minimize rejection/rework, implement corrective actions
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Sales and Dispatch for smooth operations
- Control production costs, material wastage, overtime and inefficiencies
- Lead and manage production teams, supervisors, and operators
- Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and SOP adherence
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and delivery

Ideal Profile: Experience in steel processing, tool & die steel, machining, or engineering/manufacturing industry preferred.
