JD - The HRSD Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and configuring HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building scalable workflows, automations, and integrations to enhance employee experience and HR operations.

Develop and configure HRSD applications including:

HR Case Management

Employee Service Center (ESC)

HR Knowledge Base

Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, and business rules

Build and maintain catalog items and record producers

Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and legacy workflows Automate HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events

Optimize case routing, approvals, and task management

- Integration Development

Develop integrations using

REST/SOAP APIs

Integrate ServiceNow with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors) and identity tools
