About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Operations Intern to support our AI-powered recruitment and job application processes.

You will work closely with the operations team to apply to job openings, optimize resumes using AI, manage application workflows, and help improve internal processes. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in startup operations, recruitment technology, AI tools, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

Use Flashfire’s proprietary AI optimizer to enhance and tailor resumes for specific job opportunities.

Manually apply to 1,000+ job openings across multiple job boards and company career websites.

Track and manage application statuses accurately.

Ensure applications are completed correctly and within required timelines.

Conduct timely follow-ups wherever required.

Collaborate with the team to improve operational workflows and internal tools.

Handle repetitive,



process-driven tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly.

Basic familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career websites.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to efficiently manage repetitive tasks at scale.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Reliable internet connection.

Ability to commit 40 hours per week.

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with AI-powered tools.

Understanding of workflow optimization or process automation.

Interest in operations, recruitment technology, or career-tech.

Previous startup, operations, recruitment, or administrative experience.

Educational Requirements

Completed a degree in any field.

Equivalent hands-on experience in operations, recruitment, administration, or related workflows is also a plus.
