What you will do

- Drive customers from Closed Won to a live instance (under 48h), implementation complete (under 7 days), and first value (under 14 days).
- Run a light, mostly-automated onboarding: in-app checklists, lifecycle email and in-app sequences, group kickoffs and office hours, with 1:1 touch reserved for exceptions and higher-ARR accounts.
- Define and track activation events and health; catch stalled onboardings early and rescue them before they churn.
- Map each account's stakeholders (decision maker, champion, admin, advocate) and set a explicit success plan and FVM at kickoff, tied to their use case.
- Build and improve onboarding playbooks, sequences, and templates so the motion scales without adding headcount.
- Hand off cleanly to the adoption pool once the activation + health gate is met; log root causes when it is not.
- Handle onboarding-related questions and unblock customers; partner with Support and Product on issues.

What we are looking for

Must have

- 2-3 years in on-boarding and implementation, ideally owning onboarding or activation.




- Hands-on experience running digital / tech-touch / pooled CS in a SaaS or AI startup - lifecycle automation and in-app messaging, not only 1:1 calls.
- Comfort with product-usage data (PostHog or similar): defining activation events, reading funnels and health scores, and acting on signals.
- A self-starter who navigates ambiguity - builds process where none exists and improves it as they go.
- Clear, empathetic written communication; most of the motion is async and in-product.
- Strong prioritization across a high-volume book of accounts.

Nice to have

- Experience with a credits / usage-based or product-led (PLG) product.
- Familiarity with tools like PostHog, Customer.io (or similar lifecycle messaging), Plain (or similar support), and a CRM.
- Track record building SOPs, playbooks, in-app guides, or onboarding automation.
- Worked closely with Product and Sales on feedback loops and expansion signals.
