About the Role

We are looking for an NPD Manager to lead the development of innovative products across medical devices, biomaterials, wound care, Hair & Skin products, and regenerative healthcare — from concept to commercialisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) from concept, feasibility and prototyping to validation and launch.
- Develop and optimise medical devices, biomaterials, wound care and regenerative products.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, products and manufacturing partners.
- Manage OEM/contract manufacturers and drive product development, sampling, testing and scale-up.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Regulatory, QA, Clinical, Manufacturing, Procurement and Commercial teams.
- Work with doctors/KOLs to identify clinical needs and incorporate feedback into product development.




- Support regulatory submissions, product testing, validation and clinical evaluations.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking, cost optimisation and product feasibility assessments.
- Drive products from development → pilot → commercial launch.

Qualification

Bachelor's/Master's degree

Ideal Candidate A hands-on, technically and commercially oriented NPD skilled who can independently take a product from an idea to a validated, manufacturable and commercially viable product.
