Designation Title: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full time

Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Operations

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations including transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure timely execution of purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIP/STP/SWP transactions; coordinate with AMCs and RTAs.
- Monitor compliance and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/AMFI) and ensure accuracy in records.
- Manage client servicing activities including account opening, KYC, and documentation.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and operational reports for internal and client requirements.




- Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements and automation.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and mutual fund transaction platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent coordination skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, with ability to work independently as well as in a team.
