Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python and Java.
- Develop and support telecom fault management solutions and event processing systems.
- Integrate applications with various telecom network elements using standard protocols.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Kubernetes, preferably Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- Develop integrations with OSS/NMS platforms and third-party systems.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software development best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Good programming knowledge in Java.
- Experience with IBM Netcool Probes and the Netcool suite.
- Experience in designing and developing microservices.
- Strong understanding of telecom fault management concepts and alarm/event processing.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes; Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) experience is preferred.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.




- Robust knowledge of distributed systems and enterprise application development.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience working with telecom protocols, including:

o CORBA o SNMP o REST APIs o ASCII-based interfaces
- Good understanding of telecom OSS/NMS integrations.
- Experience integrating with network elements and EMS/NMS platforms from multiple telecom vendors, including:

o Ericsson o Nokia o Huawei o ZTE

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of event correlation, alarm normalization, and fault management workflows.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
