What You'll Be DoingAs a MERN Stack Developer, you'll be involved in the end-to-end development of client-facing web applications, from database architecture to polished, responsive user interfaces.

You'll work in a fast-moving and team-oriented environment where every sprint makes a visible difference.

Your responsibilities will include

- Designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack
- Building scalable and responsive front-end applications using React.js
- Developing and integrating RESTful APIs for seamless client-server communication
- Designing and maintaining efficient MongoDB schemas, queries, and databases
- Debugging, testing, and resolving issues across the entire application stack
- Collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and fellow developers
- Working on live client projects and contributing directly to production-ready applications
- Writing clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-structured code

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience working with the MERN stack
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and ES6+
- Experience working with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB




- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and modern JavaScript patterns
- Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications
- Good understanding of MongoDB schema design, queries, and indexing fundamentals
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, someone who finds root causes, not just temporary fixes
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
