About the RoleTruHap is growing its reach across Hyderabad, and referrals from schools and pediatricians are one of our most important admission channels for children who need therapy support. We're looking for a Marketing Executive who will be TruHap's on-ground face in and around Attapur — visiting schools and pediatric clinics, building trust with principals, counselors and doctors, and turning those relationships into steady, well-informed referrals for our autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental therapy programs.

About TruHapTruHap Positive Psychology and Child Development Center runs centers in Attapur and Moosarambagh, Hyderabad, offering in-person and online therapy for children with autism, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental needs, along with psychology support for teens and adults. Our work depends on parents, schools and doctors trusting us early — this role is central to building that trust.

What You'll Do

- Identify and regularly visit schools, preschools and pediatric clinics within Attapur and the surrounding ~10 km area
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, counselors and pediatricians so TruHap is their first call for a child who may need therapy support
- Represent TruHap's programs clearly and accurately — explaining our autism, ADHD and neurodevelopmental therapy services to non-specialist audiences




- Follow up on leads generated from outreach visits and coordinate with the center team to convert enquiries into admissions
- Distribute brochures and marketing materials, and represent TruHap at school events, health camps or parent-awareness sessions as needed
- Maintain a simple log of visits, contacts and outcomes, and report on progress toward monthly outreach and admission goals

What We're Looking ForRequired:

- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, field sales, or a similar role (candidates early in their career are welcome to apply)
- Strong verbal communication skills, and the confidence to start conversations with school staff and doctors and represent TruHap well
- Comfortable with daily local travel within Attapur and nearby areas (up to ~10 km); own two-wheeler preferred
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, MS Office / Google Sheets for reporting visits and leads
- Willing to work in office, 6 days a week

Preferred (nice to have):

- Prior experience in field marketing, or in healthcare/education sales
- Interest or background in child development, psychology, or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
