Role Summary





We are looking for a Manager - Sourcing to lead end-to-end apparel sourcing operations. This role will be responsible for driving vendor strategy, cost optimization, quality, and on-time delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end sourcing for apparel categories

● Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business, margin, and growth goals

● Identify, onboard, and manage a robust vendor base (domestic/international)

● Drive cost negotiations, BOM finalization, and price benchmarking

● Ensure balance between cost, quality, and speed to market

● Work closely with design, buying, planning, and QA teams to bring products to life

● Oversee production planning & execution to ensure timely deliveries

● Monitor vendor performance, capacity, and production schedules

● Implement and ensure adherence to quality standards & compliance processes

● Track market trends, fabric innovations, and sourcing opportunities (especially in winterwear/knits)

● Proactively identify risks and drive solutions for delays, quality, or supply issues

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Fashion / Textile / Merchandising (MBA is a plus)

● 7+ years of experience in apparel sourcing / merchandising

● Deep understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes

● Strong vendor network and negotiation skills

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

● High ownership, problem-solving mindset, and execution focus
