About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement mainframe applications.
- Maintain and enhance existing mainframe systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mainframe applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- Proven experience in mainframe development.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Experience with mainframe tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of modern programming languages.
- Experience with cloud technologies.

Pay range and compensation package The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
