Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer – Application Engineer with strong experience in Application Support, Middleware Administration, Production Operations, and OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5–8 years of experience in Application Support / Production Operations
- OpenShift / Kubernetes – Mandatory
- Application installation, configuration, monitoring & troubleshooting
- CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory
- Middleware: WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, IBM MQ, Informatica PowerCenter
- Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server
- OS: Linux/AIX, Windows

Valuable to Have:

- Python, PowerShell, Bash/KSH
- Docker & containerization
- Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Prometheus,



Elasticsearch
- Networking fundamentals
- ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete production lifecycle of business applications
- Provide L2 support and troubleshoot APIs, middleware, MQ and integrations
- Deploy, upgrade, monitor and support applications in production
- Administer middleware, databases and operating systems
- Work with cross-functional teams on incidents, performance and stability
- Drive vulnerability management and continuous operational improvements
