Key Responsibilities

CRM Administration & Optimization

- Assist in the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Zoho CRM (modules, pipelines, views, automations, data hygiene).
- Support workflow optimization and ensure data accuracy across leads, contacts, deals, vendors, and procurement records.
- Help roll out recent CRM features, integrations, and Zoho One suite expansions.

Scrum & Business Review Support

- Participate in weekly scrum meetings and business reviews.
- Take structured notes, track action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication for CRM-related initiatives.

Data Processing & Reporting

- Assist in lead data processing, formatting, and uploading across trade verticals (polymers, petrochemicals, agro commodities).
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports for sales pipelines, procurement, and operational KPIs.
- Support documentation and communication for internal projects.

Process Improvement

- Help identify business process gaps and propose CRM-based solutions.




- Work closely with the senior analyst to implement structured improvements.

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience

- 0–2 years in CRM administration, business analysis, or operations support.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of CRM concepts: pipelines, lead management, workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data cleaning and basic analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and adherence to structured data standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with the Zoho One suite.
- Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL (introductory level is a plus).
- Understanding of B2B trade, import/export, or commodity markets.
