We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong Tally ERP and Excel skills to manage accounting across multiple companies and handle e-commerce finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and reconciliations in Tally.
- Handle accounts for 8–10 companies across different states.
- Prepare accounting data for monthly and quarterly filings.
- Manage e-commerce sales, payment gateways, refunds, and settlements.
- Prepare reports using Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting deadlines.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of accounting experience mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / TallyPrime and Excel.
- Experience with e-commerce/website finance preferred.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple company accounts.
