Fund Raising Experience is MUST

n

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead the Finance & Accounts function and support the hospital’s financial growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities: n

• Manage complete Finance & Accounts operations of the hospital

n

• Monitor OPD/IPD revenue, billing, collections & revenue leakage

n

• Handle TPA / Insurance billing, receivables & claim reconciliation

n

• Prepare and monitor MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow

n

• Lead budgeting, forecasting & financial planning

n

• Monitor Budget vs. Actuals and drive cost optimization

n

• Manage working capital, cash flow and liquidity

n

• Handle fund raising activities, debt/equity funding and financial arrangements

n

• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, investors and funding partners

n

• Prepare financial projections, business plans and funding-related MIS

n

• Manage doctor payouts,



vendor payments and financial controls

n

• Ensure GST, TDS, taxation and other statutory compliance

n

• Coordinate with internal/statutory auditors

n

• Monitor departmental profitability and overall hospital financial performance

n

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team

Candidate Profile: n

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com

n

Experience: 10+ years in Finance & Accounts

n

Mandatory: Robust hands-on Hospital / Healthcare Finance experience

n

Mandatory: Proven experience in Fund Raising / Debt & Equity Financing

n

⭐ Experience with banks, NBFCs, investors or financial institutions will be preferred.

n

⭐ Multi-speciality / tertiary-care hospital experience preferred.

n

Strong leadership, analytical, financial planning and negotiation skills required.

n

Candidates without Hospital Finance & Fund Raising experience will NOT be considered.
