Position Summary

n

We are seeking a detail-oriented 3D Exterior Modeller responsible for creating accurate and optimised architectural models for visualisation projects. The candidate will work closely with visualisers and architects to develop clean, production-ready models from architectural drawings and BIM data.

Key Responsibilities

n

· Create accurate 3D architectural models from CAD drawings, PDFs, sketches, and BIM files.

n

· Model building exteriors, site elements, hardscape, landscape, street furniture, and surrounding context.

n

· Ensure clean topology and optimised geometry for rendering workflows.

n

· Organise and maintain project files according to studio standards.

n

· Coordinate with visualisation artists to support rendering requirements.

n

· Review architectural documentation for modelling accuracy.

n

· Develop and maintain reusable modelling assets and libraries.

n

· Implement revisions and updates efficiently throughout project development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

· 1–2 years of experience in architectural 3D modelling.

n

· Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.

n

· Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.

n

· Excellent modelling skills with attention to accuracy and scale.

n

· Experience working with CAD and BIM data.

n

· Knowledge of scene organisation, asset management, and optimisation techniques.

n

· Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

n

Preferred Qualifications

n

· Experience with Revit, Sketch Up, Rhino, or similar modelling software.

n

· Understanding of rendering workflows in Corona Renderer or V-Ray.

n

· Familiarity with landscape and urban context modelling.

n

· Experience working in architectural visualisation studios.

n
