The Enterprise Delivery Lead is the single point of contact who owns the customer journey from kickoff to go-live and beyond, as the steward of account health, adoption, and success. Sitting at the intersection of program management, customer success, and technical account management, you orchestrate complex, AI-native integration delivery so customers don’t just go live — they adopt, expand, and succeed.

You’re technical enough to lead the conversation and run technical account management. Your edge is exceptional communication and structured program management. You own onboarding, scoping, planning, adoption, and escalations; Team: Small, high-impact delivery team working closely with Architects, Engineers, Product Support, and Founders.

success, escalations, and account health.
Own Enterprise Delivery - Own the enterprise relationship from kick-off to go-live & beyond — managing expectations and maintaining executive alignment.
Run post-sales discovery and alignment workshops to refine requirements, success metrics, and a delivery plan that survives contact with the customer’s real systems.
Own planning and execution. Plan and manage implementation phases, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent engagements.
Make sure delivered integrations are actually adopted and track the outcomes that matter, against a clear account-health framework.
5–8 years in technology consulting, solution delivery, program management, customer success, or technical account management.
~ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management — this is the core of the role. You build trust and drive alignment with everyone from engineers to C-level executives.
~ Strong, structured program and project management across multiple concurrent enterprise engagements — milestones, dependencies, risks, and crisp status communication.




~ A success-and-adoption mindset — you measure yourself by whether the customer adopts, expands usage, and realises value, not just whether the project shipped.
~ Enough technical fluency to lead integration discussions, run technical account management, and challenge assumptions — you don’t need to write code, and you have the Architects as your technical depth.
~ A track record of building long-term, trusted relationships through clarity, confidence, and results.

Familiarity with AI / agentic concepts and how AI-native integration platforms deliver value.
Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, or Workday.
Familiarity with iPaaS or workflow automation platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Merge).
Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or business systems analysis.
Startup or early-stage company experience.
