We are seeking a Enterprise Architect with 20+ years of overall IT experience and 3-5 years in Enterprise / Solution Architecture using JAVA. Proficient with Front & Back end technologies. Good expertise working in larger projects.

Tools & Languages:

- Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices.

- RESTful API design and implementation.
n
- JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks like ReactJS or Angular.
n
- SQL, Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Teradata), and data pipeline design.
n
- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
n
- CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
n

Architect roles:

n

n
- Strong hands-on background in software engineering and enterprise architecture
n
- Experience in Enterprise Application Architect.
n

Mandatory hands-on experience with SRE practices, including:

- SLI / SLO / SLA definition
n
- Observability (metrics, logs, traces)
n
- Reliability engineering and incident management
n
- Proven experience providing architecture oversight across multiple engineering practices
n
- Robust expertise in cloud architecture (Azure / AWS ) and distributed systems
n
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
n
- Experience designing and governing highly available, scalable, and resilient systems
n
- Strong integration experience across custom applications, data platforms.

- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills

Job Description of Role:

1. Enterprise & Engineering Practice Oversight

n

n
- Provide architectural oversight across Software Engineering, Cloud, selective Data platforms.
n
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and reference architectures across engineering practices
n
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, engineering practices, and platform capabilities
n




- Review and govern solution architectures across programs for scalability, security, cost efficiency, and operability
n

n

2. SRE & Reliability Engineering

n

n
- Champion SRE principles across all engineering practices
n
- Define and govern SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and reliability targets at an enterprise level
n
- Drive observability-first architecture covering logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and incident response
n
- Embed resilience patterns (HA, DR, fault tolerance, auto-healing, chaos engineering) into solution designs
n
- Provide architectural oversight for incident management, postmortems, reliability reviews, and capacity planning
n

n

3. Cloud & Platform Architecture

n

n
- Lead architecture for multi-cloud / hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS- any one or Both)
n
- Define patterns for cloud-native, containerized, and platform-based architectures
n
- Oversee SaaS, PaaS, environment standardization, and platform governance
n
- Ensure cloud architectures are optimized for cost, security, reliability, and performance
n

4. Software Architecture & Modern Engineering

n

n
- Define scalable architectures for enterprise-grade web, mobile, and API-driven systems
n
- Govern use of modern frameworks and stacks across practices (.NET, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks, APIs)
n
- Ensure adherence to clean architecture, domain-driven design, and modular design principles
n
- Review and guide architectural decisions for complex, distributed systems
n

5. DevOps, CI/CD & Engineering Enablement

n

n




- Ensure tight alignment between architecture, DevOps, and SRE practices
n
- Govern CI/CD architecture, deployment strategies, and release reliability
n
- Promote automation across build, test, deploy, monitoring, and recovery
n
- Drive adoption of engineering excellence practices across teams
n

6. Architecture Governance & Quality

n

n
- Review solution designs for architectural conformance, reliability, security, and quality
n
- Own and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts (reference architectures, standards, patterns, diagrams)
n
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide actionable guidance to delivery teams
n

n

7. Customer & Stakeholder Alignment

n

n
- Act as a trusted architectural advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Collaborate with onshore architects and customer technology leaders to shape solutions
n
- Translate business needs into robust, reliable, and future-proof architectures
n

8. Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and reliability risks
n
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and business continuity requirements
