- Establish best practices for Python, APIs, testing, error handling, and code organization.
- Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.

- Architecture & design

- Design scalable backend systems and services.
- Define APIs, service boundaries, database interactions, and integration patterns.
- Evaluate monolith vs. microservices and other architectural trade-offs.
- Lead technical discussions and architecture reviews.
