Job Description:

- Communicate and coordinate with branch recon officer over resolution of recon cases

- Ensure reconciliation of deduction file from MSP and revert within TAT for the assigned branches

- Provide adequate support from recon head office to the branch recon officers over recon cases

- Consolidate and Maintain a database on queries resolved and deductions accepted

- Adhere to the recon SOPs and client SLA

- Train and guide branch recon officers

- Prepare and consolidate the monthly report on deductions of all MSPs

- Prepare and share summary report of deduction to location

- Provide required support to location on understanding of errors and improving in handling of recon cases
