- Team Building: Recruit, train and motivate insurance advisors / agents
- Sales Target: Achieve branch monthly premium targets for Health & Life insurance
- Customer Management: Handle high-value customer calls, explain policies, and close sales
- Training: Conduct daily huddles, product training, and field joint calls with advisors
- Compliance: Ensure all policies are sold as per IRDAI guidelines
- Reporting: Maintain daily sales report and send to Regional Manager
Skills Required
- Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, English
- Leadership and field sales experience
- Basic smartphone and app knowledge
- 1-3 years experience in insurance / banking / sales preferred (Fresher with positive networking can also apply)
Qualification: Minimum HS pass / Graduate
Income: Fixed salary + Incentive + PF + Career growth to Senior Manager
