Nature of The Job

- To support the student admissions process by reviewing and processing applications, verifying documents for compliance, and conducting structured suitability interviews to evaluate applicants’ motivation, qualifications, and English proficiency, ensuring alignment with GGG’s Brands academic and regulatory standards.

Job Purpose

Application Processing

- Process student applications by verifying the authenticity and completeness of academic and other supporting documents.
- Issue conditional and unconditional offer letters based on established admissions criteria and document checks.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and accreditation requirements

Admission Evaluation





- Assesses applicants' eligibility for admission by issuing offer letters (conditional or unconditional) and acceptance letters through the electronic platform.

- Conduct structured suitability interviews with applicants, assessing their interest in the programme and location, motivation, and prior experience.
- Perform informal English language assessments and evaluate readiness for academic study.
- Record interview outcomes and provide clear feedback and recommendations to the Admissions Team.
- Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders to ensure interviews are fair, consistent, and supportive of institutional goals.
- Manage and update the interview booking system to ensure a smooth and timely interview process.

Data Entry

- Maintain accurate records of applicants in admissions systems, updating files with changes, additions, and deletions.

Admissions Policy, Compliance & Quality

- Stay updated with institutional policies, admission requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards.
- The job holder must maintain a quality of 90% day on day in

evaluation of documents, issuance of letters etc.

Desired Profile

Qualification

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- A Management Degree in Post-Graduation (preferred)

Skills

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams,



and admissions software.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning.

Relevant

Experience

- At least 3-5 years experience in admissions or a related administrative or evaluative role.
- Experience in structured interviews, academic evaluation, or hiring processes are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of international academic qualifications and regulatory frameworks.
