Clyde International Corporation is building its international footprint, combining expertise from the UK and Scotland with a growing finance and inventory hub in Pune, India. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accounting & Reporting Analyst who can combine accounting knowledge with operational inventory control. This role covers invoice processing, vendor management, production tolerance handling, AP accounting, reconciliation and inventory reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & Vendor Management

- Process supplier invoices, validate quantities and rates & ensure timely posting to ledgers.
- Manage vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies and maintain strong supplier communication.
- Track credit notes, tolerance invoices and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Accounts Payable & Reconciliation

- Oversee AP accounting, including coding, approvals and payment scheduling.
- Perform reconciliations between invoices, purchase orders and goods received notes.
- Monitor outstanding balances and ensure accurate reporting of liabilities.

Inventory & Production Tolerances

- Track and validate stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, returns).
- Handle production tolerance adjustments and ensure correct reflection in accounts.
- Conduct stock audits, variance analysis and implement corrective actions.

Reporting & Automation

- Prepare clear, actionable reports for management on inventory and AP status.
- Develop and automate reporting frameworks using Excel, ERP and dashboards.




- Collaborate with procurement and logistics to align stock planning with business needs.

Key Skills & Education Required

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred)
- Experience in invoice processing, AP accounting, reconciliation and vendor management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling)
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems and WMS platforms
- Knowledge of accounting principles combined with operational inventory practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

What We Offer

- Competitive Salary: ₹5,00,000 - ₹6,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: Afternoon shift (UK shift, depending on business needs) – NO NIGHT SHIFTS
