Medsurge India is looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented skilled to manage international patient queries and guide them through their treatment journey in India, Turkey, Thailand or Dubai —from first enquiry to follow-up.

Role Highlights:

- Handle global patient queries across specialties
- Collect medical reports & coordinate with doctors/hospitals
- Arrange teleconsultations & explain treatment options
- Maintain accurate CRM records & follow-ups
- Support visa, travel & treatment coordination
- Ensure patient satisfaction and strong case conversions

Requirements:

✔ 1–3 yrs experience in medical tourism / hospital international desk





✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Language: English / French / Russian – Proficiency in any one

✔ Graduate/Post-Graduate (Medical background preferred)

✔ Strong empathy, coordination & CRM skills
