AI Gigafactory | Intelligent Agentic Systems at Scale | Genpact

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate auto insurance applications to determine appropriate coverage levels in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist clients in selecting tailored auto insurance policies based on their specific needs and risk profiles.
- Process and manage insurance claims efficiently, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and timely resolution.
- Provide accurate, clear, and qualified guidance to clients regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures.




- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions, applications, and claims for documentation, auditing, and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries, resolve issues, and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, policy changes, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and maintain compliance.
